How do I submit a release through Adfusion Africa?: Create an account, then follow the steps in your dashboard to upload your audio, artwork and release information. Each submission goes through an automatic check and is then reviewed by the Adfusion team before delivery begins.
What audio format and quality does my file need to be?: Submit WAV or FLAC files at 16-bit or higher, 44.1 kHz or higher, stereo. Files that do not meet this standard will be flagged during the review stage.
What artwork specifications are required?: Your cover artwork must be a square JPG or PNG file at a minimum of 3,000 x 3,000 pixels. Ensure the image does not contain illegal content, third-party watermarks or misleading information.
How far in advance should I set my release date?: Choose a release date at least 7 days from the date you submit. This gives the Adfusion team time to complete the review and delivery process before your chosen date.
What happens after I submit my release?: Every release goes through an automatic check followed by a manual review by the Adfusion team. Once it passes review, it is sent to the supported platforms you selected.
How do I track my release once it has been submitted?: You can check the status of each platform delivery from your artist dashboard. The dashboard reflects each store's current processing status as it updates.
Are there any security features on my account?: Yes. Two-step verification is available on your account. We recommend enabling it from your account security settings to protect your releases and royalty information.
I represent a label with multiple artists. How do I enquire about label distribution?: Label distribution is handled through a separate enquiry process. Visit the labels page and submit your enquiry. The Adfusion team will follow up by email.
How do I find out about pricing?: Pricing is currently being finalised. Visit the pricing page and get in touch with the team directly for information relevant to your situation.
